Skate Night

About

The May Street Skate Club hosts roller skating sessions at the May Street Elementary gym. The Club is a volunteer organization whose goal is to create a fun and safe environment for our kids.

All proceeds go to May Street Elementary.

Fridays in January and February, now just one session: 5:30-7:30 pm

Rules

Guests and visitors MUST have a signed release form from their parents or guardians.

2024/25 Calendar

January 10, 17, 24, 31 - 5:30-7:30 pm

February 7, 14*, 21, 28 - 5:30-7:30 pm

February 14th is also Date Night! $25 per child 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Cost

$3 per skater, $10 max per family

Skate rentals are included with the admission price. Wear your own skates for a chance to win a raffle prize!

Guest/Visitor

• Skate Nights are open to all May Street Families

Volunteers

We need volunteers!  Volunteering is easy and we will train.  In the past, we've almost had to shut our doors due to lack of volunteers.  Please don't let that happen this year.

Jobs are easy and fun (especially if you are already there with your kids!)

• Skate Dispenser - Welcome and check in guests, hand out skates and put skates away

• Rink Monitor - Help to maintain a safe environment

• DJ/host - Play music and announce and initiate games
